By accessing or using our website, purchasing Products, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by the ordering process. You also agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or PayPal at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Orders are delivered Australia-wide only and usually dispatched within a 24 hour window of us receiving cleared funds for payment of your products.
Products will be shipped via Australia Post using the “eParcel Post’ service and to the address nominated by you in your online order. This service comes with a tracking number which will be emailed to your nominated email address upon dispatch meant.
It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you provide an incorrect address, MJZ Products is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Deliveries can be made to your residential or business address, parcel collect point or PO Boxes.
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning Products and requesting refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the Products are not returned in their original condition or do not meet our return criteria.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our website; (c) any content obtained from our website; and (d) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Products.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
