Below is a Refund and Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to returns and refunds.
You will be entitled to an exchange or refund where:
the product is faulty or damaged during transit;
the product does not match the sample or description proclaimed on our website; or
we're required to do so under any relevant Australian Consumer Laws.
If you believe that you are entitled to an exchange or refund, please email us with your full name, the order order number and the reason for claiming.
You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you have simply changed your mind.
If you wish to return products to us, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. Claims for refunds or exchanges made outside this time period will be at the sole discretion of MJZ Products. A $15 restocking fee applies.
Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return. You must include a copy of this confirmation email when you return the products to us.
In order for us to provide you with a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in brand new and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused by us.
Customers will be entitled to a refund equivalent to the product cost only, excluding actual delivery and return charges. While returning the product, customers are responsible for its safe delivery. In cases of loss, theft, or damage during return, we recommend using Registered Post to ensure recorded proof of dispatch.
Additionally, it’s important to note that all returned products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Upon receiving the returned item, MJZ Products reserves the right to assess its condition before offering a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods.
We also understand that customers may have enquiries regarding their returns. We aim to respond to all email enquiries concerning the Returns Policy within one to three (1 to 3) days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receipt of returned goods.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within fourteen (14) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
